- brokersXpress, LLC is a member of the Securities Investor Protection
Corporation (SIPC), which protects against losses caused by the
financial failure of the broker-dealer, but not against a change in
the market value of securities in customers' accounts at the
broker-dealer.
- The amount of protection granted is $500,000 of total account value,
of which $100,000 may be cash. In addition, accounts are automatically
eligible for additional account protection up to the full value of the
account to a maximum of $24,500,000.00.
